The brief
ORLA Infinity, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, is a residential building by Omniyat on Palm Jumeirah. Omniyat's brochure describes 20 duplex residences, each reached by a direct lift, with double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private pool on a curved terrace.
The Dubai Land Department registers the project as number 2664 and, as checked on 8 October 2026, records it as active and under construction.

Residents arrive at a landscaped driveway and a private entrance, then a ground-floor lobby with artwork and water features. Lifts run from the secure parking garage or the ground floor directly to each residence.
Inside, Omniyat describes double-height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with framed glazing that look over the Gulf and Palm Jumeirah. It lists smart home automation, walk-in closets, ensuite bathrooms and fitted kitchens. The kitchens use walnut panels with a lacquer finish, and the master bathroom is finished in marble. Service areas and staff entrances are kept out of sight.
Each terrace has a private pool. Omniyat gives the pools as up to 18 metres long and up to 3 metres wide, on a curved terrace with a walkway at water level at the outermost edge.
The gardens and open spaces are planted with acacias, olives and palms.
ORLA Infinity residents have access to all of ORLA's amenities. Omniyat's brochure lists a resident-only beach club beside an infinity pool with cabanas, a sunset lounge, an indoor temperature-controlled lap pool, a cycling studio, a spa and treatment rooms, two private cinemas, cigar lounges, indoor kids' areas, a bowling alley and entertainment lounges.
Omniyat's brochure divides the residents' services into two tiers. The classic service covers common-area maintenance and cleaning, a 24/7 residence concierge, doorman and porter services, valet parking, lifeguard and gym service and 24/7 security. À la carte services include housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, in-residence catering, floristry, bookings and reservations.
Omniyat's brochure places ORLA Infinity at the apex of the Palm Jumeirah crescent, with 270-degree views over Dubai's skyline and the Arabian Gulf. Its location page describes a 16,600 sq m beachfront plot there.

The Dubai Land Department registers ORLA Infinity as project 2664, "Orla Infinity By Omniyat", on Palm Jumeirah. It records the project as active and under construction, with a start date of 31 October 2023, a registration date of 31 July 2023 and 20 units. The register describes the building as a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and ten floors of duplex apartments. Its inspection of 26 August 2026 put construction at 61.25%.
