The Mirage is a residential tower in Sobha Central, a mixed-use community by Sobha on Sheikh Zayed Road in Jebel Ali. Sobha's brochure describes Sobha Central as six connected towers, from private road access to the nearby metro, set within a fully integrated community.
Sobha's brochure calls The Mirage the crown of the community and the cornermost tower, with views that stretch across Dubai Marina.
The DLD project register, as at 29 September 2026, records The Mirage At Sobha Central as a building in Sobha Central (project 4328). It records the project as under construction at its inspection of 29 September 2026, with completion on 31 December 2031.

One-bedroom apartments. Sobha's brochure draws ten one-bedroom layouts: Types A, B, C and D with variants, each with a powder room and a balcony. Type A is the smallest, with a suite of 592.77 to 594.38 sq ft and a balcony of 55.33 to 57.05 sq ft, 648.10 to 651.43 sq ft in total. Type D variant 1 is the largest, with a suite of 704.82 to 707.30 sq ft and a balcony of 82.02 to 84.07 sq ft, 786.84 to 791.37 sq ft in total.
Two-bedroom apartments. The brochure draws four two-bedroom layouts, Type A and its variants 1 to 3, each with a balcony. Type A has a suite of 782.86 sq ft and a balcony of 92.25 sq ft, 875.11 sq ft in total. Variant 1 has a suite of 805.79 sq ft and a balcony of 92.25 sq ft, 898.04 sq ft in total.
Three-bedroom apartment. The brochure draws one three-bedroom layout with a powder room, a maid room and a balcony. Its suite is 1,677.12 sq ft and its balcony 184.49 sq ft, 1,861.61 sq ft in total.

Sobha's brochure lists these shared amenities for Sobha Central:

It also describes 175,000 sq ft of premium office space within the development, a co-working lounge, a business lounge and a dedicated business centre, a grand prayer hall and a boutique mall.

Sobha's brochure places Sobha Central on Sheikh Zayed Road, within walking distance of the Jebel Ali Metro Station, with fast access to Dubai Marina, Al Khail, Downtown and DIFC.
It describes two dedicated lanes flowing in and out of the community, a fly-out bridge from the second-floor podium that gives residents a direct exit toward Dubai, and a dedicated ramp-in for those arriving from Abu Dhabi.
