Overview
The Pinnacle is a residential tower within Sobha Central, a six-tower development by Sobha on Sheikh Zayed Road in Jebel Ali Village, Dubai. Sobha's brochure calls it the tallest residential tower in the development and describes it as the highest expression of the community. It offers one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Sobha's floor plans cover residential levels 14 to 94. The one-bedroom plans run from 564.78 to 689.00 sq ft of total saleable area, and the two-bedroom plans from 997.71 to 1,086.40 sq ft. Sobha's brochure describes views across Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Dubai Marina.
Floor plans
Sobha's brochure holds a typical floor plan for each of three level bands: levels 14 to 43, levels 45 to 75 and levels 77 to 94. Each plan marks the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units around the central core, and each unit type has its own plan with room dimensions.
Amenities
Sobha's brochure lists amenities across the Sobha Central community. They include a lap pool, leisure pool, children's pool and jacuzzi, a jogging track, football ground, cricket batting enclosure, calisthenic gym, mini putt-putt course and climbing walls, and an outdoor cinema and open amphitheatre lawn. It also lists gardens, an open plaza with a water feature, a dog park and a family barbecue gathering space.
The brochure describes co-working lounges and a business centre, a retail promenade at ground level and a Grand Prayer Hall. It states that the development includes 175,000 sq ft of premium office space.
Nearby
Sobha's brochure places Sobha Central on Sheikh Zayed Road, with a private road link to the nearby metro. It describes two dedicated lanes into and out of the community, a fly-out bridge from the second-floor podium and a dedicated ramp-in for arrivals from Abu Dhabi.
DLD project register
The Dubai Land Department's project register lists The Pinnacle at Sobha Central, together with The Mirage and Sobha Central Mall, under project 4328, Sobha Central. As at 29 September 2026 the register records the project as under construction. It records a completion date of 31 December 2031.
