Overview
The Tranquil is a residential tower within Sobha Central, a six-tower development by Sobha on Sheikh Zayed Road in Jebel Ali Village, Dubai. Sobha's brochure describes unobstructed panoramic views and a large urban park on the podium that residents look down on from their homes.
It offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Sobha's floor plans cover residential levels 13 to 60. Total saleable areas run from 495.47 to 748.63 sq ft for one bedrooms, 852.61 to 1,559.91 sq ft for two bedrooms and 1,669.16 sq ft for the three-bedroom plan.
Floor plans
Sobha's brochure holds typical floor plans for levels 13 to 24, level 25, levels 28 to 49, levels 50 to 52 and levels 53 to 60. Each unit type has its own plan with room dimensions. The larger two-bedroom types include a maid's room, and types J and K add a study room.
Amenities
Sobha's brochure lists amenities across the Sobha Central community. Water features include a lap pool, leisure pool, children's pool and jacuzzi. Sport and fitness cover a jogging track, football ground, cricket batting enclosure, calisthenic gym, mini putt-putt course and outdoor exercise space. Indoor facilities include a gym, yoga studio, steam and sauna with changing rooms, a fitness studio and spinning room, an indoor theatre, a library, a multipurpose hall, a business centre and a meditation room. The brochure also lists an outdoor cinema, gardens, an open amphitheatre lawn, a dog park, climbing walls and a family barbecue gathering space.
Sobha states that the development holds 175,000 sq ft of leasable office space and a retail podium at the base of the towers.

Sobha's brochure places Sobha Central on Sheikh Zayed Road. It describes two dedicated lanes into and out of the community, a fly-out bridge from the second-floor podium and a ramp-in for arrivals from Abu Dhabi.
DLD project register
The Dubai Land Department's project register lists The Tranquil at Sobha Central under Sobha Central Phase I (project 3713) and Sobha Central Phase II (project 4042). Both rows record the project as under construction, with a completion date of 30 June 2030, as at 29 September 2026.
