Its inspections show construction rising from 0% on 2 March 2023 to 80.48% on 14 May 2026, against a filed completion date of 30 April 2026. The register records 300 total units for the project, of which Samana's own documents identify 276 as residential apartments and 24 as retail units. The escrow agent on the register is Emirates NBD Bank (PJSC).
