Every home at Samana Imperial Garden is built to convert to a larger layout: a studio converts to a one-bedroom apartment, a one-bedroom converts to a two-bedroom apartment, and a two-bedroom converts to a three-bedroom apartment.
Samana's factsheet, in a file dated 8 October 2025, gives starting prices of AED 859,000 for a studio, AED 1,359,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and AED 2,165,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
The Dubai Land Department's project register records Samana Imperial Garden as project 3797, with a filed end date of 31 December 2028. The DLD's live completion tracker records the project as under construction, 3.76% complete as at 19 June 2026. The register's total of 344 units matches Samana's own per-type count exactly.
Payment runs on a post-dated cheque (PDC) or non-PDC instalment plan. Both schedules reach 100% of the price across a booking payment, a payment in the 12th month, and a run of monthly instalments through construction.

Samana also publishes a non-PDC schedule for buyers not paying by post-dated cheque. It carries the same three stages as the PDC plan, at different percentages.
