Rove Home Dubai Marina is a residential tower by IRTH in Dubai Marina. IRTH's brochure describes fully furnished studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, sky lofts with double-height ceilings, and 71,000 sq ft of amenities.
The Dubai Land Department register records the project as Rove Home Dubai Marina, under construction at 7.8% as at 6 July 2026, with a completion date of 31 March 2028.

IRTH's technical brochure draws three studio plans, four one-bedroom plans, one two-bedroom plan and four sky loft plans, each with an internal area, a balcony area and a total. The studios run from type A, with an internal area of 320 sq ft and a balcony of 82 sq ft, to type C, with 374 sq ft and 86 sq ft.
The one-bedroom plans total 613 and 620 sq ft for type A, 827 sq ft for type B, 804 sq ft for type C and 919 sq ft for type D. The two-bedroom has an internal area of 831 sq ft and a balcony of 233 sq ft.
Typical apartment plans cover floors 7 to 20 and 22 to 38. The sky lofts sit on floors 39 to 42, with a lower and an upper floor for each loft.
Apartments are delivered fully furnished, with a convertible bed in the studios and one-bedroom homes. IRTH also offers apartments that can be combined on demand: two studios make a one-bedroom, and a studio with a one-bedroom makes a two-bedroom.
IRTH's brochure lists 71,000 sq ft of amenities across the ground level, the podium on levels 5 and 6, and a rooftop.
