The brief
Rove Home Downtown is a residential building by IRTH in the Burj Khalifa District of Downtown Dubai. IRTH's brochure describes it as Rove's first residential project in Dubai, with fully furnished studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and IRTH markets it as Rove Home Residences by IRTH.
The Dubai Land Department register records the project as Rove Home Residences By Irth, under construction at 62.69% as at 9 June 2026.

IRTH's unit plans print an internal area, a balcony area and a total for each type. The studio has an internal area of 327 to 353 sq ft and a balcony of 83 to 92 sq ft.
There are four one-bedroom plans. Type A totals 600 sq ft, type B on levels 14 to 19 totals 822 sq ft, type C on levels 2 to 18 totals 820 to 870 sq ft, and type 2C on level 19 totals 794 to 844 sq ft. The two-bedroom plans total 1,343 sq ft for type A and 1,205 sq ft for type B.
Every apartment is delivered fully furnished. IRTH's plans note that the coloured marketing images are illustrative.

IRTH's factsheet lists fully furnished studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, split 50%, 40% and 10% of the building, with one parking space per unit.
On IRTH's unit plans the total area, including balcony, runs from 410 to 445 sq ft for a studio, 600 to 870 sq ft for a one-bedroom and 1,205 to 1,343 sq ft for a two-bedroom.
IRTH's plan has seven payments: 20% on booking, 5% six months after booking, 5% at podium completion, 10% at completion of the 10th floor, 5% at structural works, 5% at facade completion and 50% on handover.
IRTH lists a podium with an infinity pool, lap pool, running track, padel and basketball courts and a climbing wall, plus a cafe, co-working area, podcast studio, gym and a rooftop viewing deck.
