Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti is a residential tower in Downtown Dubai, developed by Binghatti in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz. Binghatti calls it a "hyper-tower". It is a separate project from Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, Binghatti's masterplan in Nad Al Sheba. The design follows Mercedes-Benz's "Sensual Purity" design philosophy, and the façade carries the marque's three-pointed star. Binghatti states the ownership as freehold.

The building rises to 341 metres over three basement levels, a ground floor, five podium levels and 65 floors. Of those floors, 51 are residential, six are mechanical and three are amenity floors. It holds 150 residences with a 4.2-metre slab-to-slab ceiling height, offered furnished or unfurnished. Homes run from two and three-bedroom suites to four and five-bedroom penthouses, with a duplex and a triplex penthouse at the top. Each is named after an icon of Mercedes-Benz.

Binghatti is a privately held Emirati developer founded in 2008, which began as a contractor before moving into development. It is vertically integrated across design, development, construction and delivery, and its buildings carry a sculptural facade language that repeats across its portfolio.
