Studio to three-bedroom apartments with private pools in Wadi Al Safa 5
Ivy Gardens is a residential building by Samana Developers in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai, as the Dubai Land Department's register files it. Samana's fact sheet calls the area Dubai Land, and its brochure calls it DLRC. Samana's fact sheet lists 348 apartments, each with its own pool: 83 studios, 126 one-bedroom homes, 111 two-bedroom homes and 28 three-bedroom homes.
Samana's price sheet, in a file dated June 2023, starts the building from AED 525,000. The payment plan runs across two tracks. The Local 8 Years Payment Plan asks 15% on booking, followed by monthly instalments and three milestone payments. The International 5 Years Post Handover Plan asks 20% on booking, on the same structure with a shorter run of 0.5% monthly instalments.
The building rises over a ground floor and 15 further floors. Samana's fact sheet gives a plot area of 52,463 sq ft and a total build area of 507,939 sq ft, with a main lobby of 1,125 sq ft served by five elevators.

The two schedules differ only in the booking payment and the length of the final 0.5%-a-month stage. A buyer choosing the Local plan pays 15% on booking and a longer run of 0.5% instalments; the International plan asks 20% on booking with a shorter run.
