Studio to three-bedroom apartments with private pools in Wadi Al Safa 5
Ivy Gardens 2 is a residential building by Samana Developers in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai, as the Dubai Land Department's register files it. Samana's own material calls the area Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC). Samana's brochure names five apartment types, each with its own pool: Studio, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom with Maid's Room, and Three-Bedroom with Maid's Room.
Samana's factsheet, in a file dated May 2024, starts the building from AED 659,000. Its 8.5 Years Payment Plan, 5 Years Post Handover, runs on two tracks. The Local track asks 15% on booking, followed by monthly instalments and two milestone payments. The International track asks 20% on booking, on the same structure with a shorter run of 0.5% monthly instalments.
Samana's Floor Plan draws apartment floors up to the 35th, plus a separate retail area plan. The floor plans below the 34th floor carry a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom-with-maid homes. The 34th and 35th floors carry studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes alongside the building's three-bedroom homes.
The Dubai Land Department's project register records completion as 31 December 2027.
