An office tower on Marasi Bay in Business Bay
ENARA by OMNIYAT is a commercial project in Business Bay. Omniyat describes two interconnected towers rising to 120 metres at the apex of Dubai Canal, overlooking Marasi Bay. It combines large offices, each with its own landscaped terrace, a private members' club on levels 1 and 2 and a retail promenade at the base.
The Dubai Land Department registers the project as number 3220 and, as checked on 8 October 2026, records it as active and under construction. The register gives an end date of 31 December 2027.

The brochure's total office space of 378,603 sq ft is split into 298,809 sq ft internal and 79,793 sq ft external. Floor plates run on a 40 ft by 30 ft column grid with a compact core at the rear, which leaves a large open volume for planning. Omniyat states the plates exceed British Council of Offices guidance of one person per 108 sq ft, and that tenants can expand across whole levels or several floors by opening staircases and voids to make simplex or duplex offices. Some floors are single-tenancy plates with direct lift access.
There are 12 office lifts, including 4 VIP lifts, with shuttle lifts from the basement car park to the ground floor. The brochure lists LEED Platinum pre-certification, WELL Platinum, and WiredScore and SmartScore Platinum, and a smart building management system.
Private members' club
The club occupies levels 1 and 2 and totals 28,451 sq ft, of which 16,725 sq ft is internal and 11,727 sq ft is external. Omniyat says owners and tenants receive an invitation to join, with direct access from the offices on the higher floors. Facilities listed:

Services
Omniyat's factsheet lists classic services of 24/7 security, a 24/7 office concierge, doorman and porter services, valet parking, lifeguard and gym service and common-area maintenance and cleaning. A la carte services cover maintenance, bespoke catering, one-off dining events, a floristry service, bookings and reservations. The brochure describes office, wellness and lifestyle concierges.
