Cove Grand by Imtiaz

Studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Imtiaz's fact sheet gives starting sizes of 386 sq ft for a studio, 707 sq ft for a one-bedroom, 1,282 sq ft for a two-bedroom and 1,627 sq ft for a three-bedroom apartment. The Dubai Land Department register records 538 homes in the building.

Imtiaz's fact sheet, a file dated 20 August 2025 that prints no date on its pages, listed starting prices of AED 690,000 for a studio, AED 988,000 for a one-bedroom, AED 1,430,000 for a two-bedroom and AED 1,920,000 for a three-bedroom apartment. The studio works out at about AED 1,800 per sq ft on its starting size.

The Dubai Land Department register records the project as under construction. At its inspection of 8 July 2026 construction stood at 8.67%, and the register's planned completion is 15 December 2027. Imtiaz's payment plan gives completion in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Two, and both start with 20% on booking. The 50/50 plan has six instalments of 5% during construction, then 50% on completion. The 3 years post handover plan has six instalments during construction of 5%, 5%, 10%, 5%, 5% and 5%, then 15% on completion, with the last 30% paid at 2.5% a quarter over three years.

Imtiaz lists an infinity pool, a rooftop sundeck and poolside cabana, a poolside bar, a gym, a mini golf court, an open-air cinema, a running track, a kids' pool and play area, a clubhouse and a barbecue area.
