Furnished studios, one and two-bedroom apartments at Cove Edition, Dubai Land Residence Complex
Cove Edition is a residential building by Imtiaz Developments in Dubai Land Residence Complex, in Dubailand. Imtiaz's brochures show studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments and list the homes as fully furnished. The DLD project register files the building as Cove Edition Residence 1 By Imtiaz and records it as under construction, 66.48% complete at its inspection of 13 July 2026 (register as at 4 October 2026).
Imtiaz's floor plans draw a first floor, typical floors from the 2nd to the 13th and a rooftop floor. The rooftop plan shows a swimming pool, a gym and club room, a green area and a sitting area.
Imtiaz offers two payment plans. One is 50/50. The other puts 70% before and on completion and spreads the final 30% across the three years after handover.

Homes
Imtiaz's floor plans tag the homes as studio, 1 BHK and 2 BHK. The first floor plan carries all three types, and the typical floor plan, which serves the 2nd to the 13th floors, numbers its units 01 to 14.
The brochure shows a designer studio, a one-bedroom apartment and a two-bedroom apartment. It describes the studio with custom-designed furniture in soft hues with gold accents, and the entrance with gold tones set against wood.
