Cove Edition 2

Cove Edition 2 is in Dubai Land Residence Complex, in Dubailand. Imtiaz's brochure lists Dubai Outlet Mall, Academic City and Silicon Oasis at 5 minutes, and Dubai International Airport, Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Mall at 20 minutes.

Three types, all fully furnished. Imtiaz's fact sheet gives studios from 383 to 530 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments from 742 to 1,017 sq ft, and two-bedroom apartments of 1,165 sq ft.

The Dubai Land Department register records the project as under construction. At its inspection of 17 August 2026 construction stood at 50%, and the register's planned completion is 15 October 2026. Imtiaz's payment plan also gives October 2026 for completion.

Two, and both start with 20% on booking. The 50/50 plan has five instalments during construction of 5%, 5%, 10%, 5% and 5%, then 50% on completion. The 5-year plan has five instalments of 5%, 5%, 10%, 10% and 5%, then 15% on completion, with the last 30% paid at 2.5% a quarter over three years after handover.

Imtiaz lists a rooftop pool, a private pool, cabanas, rooftop lounges, a rooftop cinema, a fully equipped gym, a kids' pool, a club room and a BBQ area, with extra visitor parking and an electric vehicle recharge station. Every home is sold fully furnished.
