Two-bedroom apartments, 1,100 to 1,440 sq ft. There are 34, the largest group in the building. The floor plans tag them as 2 BHK, and the legend on the 7th floor plan marks homes with a pool.

Three-bedroom duplexes, 2,500 sq ft. There are 4. Imtiaz's floor plans tag them as 3 BHK duplex and show a double-height space. The 7th floor plan includes them in its legend beside the one and two-bedroom homes.

Imtiaz's brochure describes a palette of neutral colours with hints of turquoise and gold touches, and shows the main lobby and a living room. Its features page lists furniture made to custom designs in every home, an electric vehicle recharge station, and the Miele, Gessi, Villeroy & Boch and Alexa logos.
