One to four-bedroom apartments and duplexes at Beach Walk Grand 2, Dubai Islands
Beach Walk Grand 2 is a residential building by Imtiaz Developments on Dubai Islands. Imtiaz's factsheet lists 108 homes: one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and three and four-bedroom duplexes. The DLD project register holds the same 108 units, records the project as under construction and 23.53% complete at its inspection of 14 September 2026, and records completion on 15 December 2027 (register as at 4 October 2026).
Imtiaz describes the homes as fully furnished with custom-designed pieces and light-filled layouts. Its brochure lists Miele, Alexa and Villeroy & Boch among the brands and describes smart living. The duplexes sit on the high levels with double-height ceilings and sea views.
The payment plan is 60/40: 60% before completion and 40% on completion.
Homes
Imtiaz's brochure describes apartments from one to three bedrooms and duplexes of three and four bedrooms, with high ceilings, panoramic windows and custom-designed interiors. One to three-bedroom residences have private jacuzzis, and the duplexes have secluded pools. Terraces are expansive and face the sea.
The floor plans label the levels in turn. The 9th and 10th floors carry one, two and three-bedroom homes. The 11th and 12th floors carry one-bedroom homes beside the three-bedroom and four-bedroom duplexes. The first floor holds six units, numbered F-101 to F-106, on the level with the clubhouse.
The brochure shows interiors for the lobby, the clubhouse, the gym, the living room, the bedroom and the washroom, and for the duplexes it shows the living room, the kitchen, the master bedroom and the master ensuite.

Building
Imtiaz's floor plans draw a ground floor with the lobby, two podium floors, a first floor holding the clubhouse, gym, pools and playground, residential floors from the 2nd to the 12th, and a rooftop. The rooftop plan shows swimming pools, plunge pools and private terraces.
