It holds 112 homes: 54 one-bedroom apartments of 850 to 1,252 sq ft, 54 two-bedroom apartments of 1,000 to 1,588 sq ft and four 3 Bedroom Penthouses of 3,600 to 3,900 sq ft. The building rises from a ground floor and two podium parking levels to twelve residential floors and a roof. The payment plan is 60/40, and Imtiaz Developments gives completion as November 2026.
Construction at 53.22%. The Dubai Land Department inspected the site on 10 August 2026 and recorded the building at 53.22% complete. Its inspection of 1 June 2026 recorded 44.65%.
Two pools on two levels. The family swimming pool sits on the first floor with the clubhouse and the gym. The infinity pool is on the roof and is for adults only.
Four penthouses at the top. The four penthouses sit on the eleventh and twelfth floors, with private terraces on the roof. They are the only three-bedroom homes in the building.
Furnished apartments. Imtiaz Developments' brochure describes the apartments as fully furnished with custom-designed furniture, with a fully fitted kitchen and smart home systems. For an investor, a furnished apartment can be let without a separate fit-out.
Travel times. Imtiaz Developments' brochure and factsheet give the same journey times from the building. Infinity Bridge and Waterfront Market are five minutes away, the nearest Metro station eight minutes and Dubai International Airport twelve.

Payment terms
Imtiaz Developments' payment plan for Beach Walk Grand asks for 20% on booking. Five instalments follow during construction, of 5%, 5%, 10%, 10% and 10%. The last 40% falls due on completion, which the developer gives as November 2026. The full schedule is set out below.
The 40% completion payment is the largest in the plan. A buyer who intends to fund it with a mortgage should speak to a lender well before the building is finished.
