Studios, 628 to 700 sq ft. Imtiaz's table lists two. The floor plans place studios on the first floor, beside the club house and pool.

One-bedroom apartments, 900 to 1,000+ sq ft. There are 57, the largest group in the table. The floor plans tag the one-bedroom homes as 1 BHK, and the legends on the 5th, 11th and 12th floor plans read "1 bedroom / 2 bedrooms private pool".

Two-bedroom apartments, 1,000 to 1,800 sq ft. There are 17. Imtiaz's floor plans tag some two-bedroom homes as having a private pool.

Imtiaz's brochure describes a palette of neutral colours with hints of turquoise and gold touches. Its features page lists furniture made to custom designs in every home, an electric vehicle recharge station, and the Miele, Gessi, Villeroy & Boch and Alexa logos.

Imtiaz's brochure gives the configuration as a ground floor with the lobby, fire room and pump room, two podium levels for mechanical and utility space and car parking, and twelve residential floors, with a roof on top. The floor plans run from the first floor to the twelfth and the roof.

DLD record

The DLD project register, as at 4 October 2026, holds the building as project 3162, "Beach Walk Residences 1", in its Palm Deira district, the register's name for the Dubai Islands area. It records the project as finished, with 76 units in one building. Its last inspection, on 18 May 2026, recorded construction at 100%, and it records completion on 1 June 2026.
