Apartments and penthouses at Beach Walk Residence 3, Dubai Islands
Beach Walk Residence 3 is a residential building by Imtiaz Developments on Dubai Islands. Imtiaz's floor plans show one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and a set of penthouses at the top of the building. The DLD project register files it as Beach Walk Residences 3 By Imtiaz and records it as under construction, 82.01% complete at its inspection of 20 July 2026 (register as at 4 October 2026).
Imtiaz's brochure describes a beachfront residential complex. The first floor holds the club house, a gym and a swimming pool, the residential floors run from the 2nd to the 12th, and the roof carries the main pool and further lounge areas. Imtiaz sells the homes fully furnished with custom furniture.
The payment plan is 60/40: 60% before completion and 40% on completion.
Homes
Imtiaz's floor plans tag the apartments as 1 BHK and 2 BHK and run from the 1st floor to the 12th. The legend on the 8th floor plan reads "1 bedroom / 2 bedrooms / pool".
The penthouses sit on the top two floors. The 11th floor plan shows four numbered units tagged "penthouse", and its legend reads "3 bedroom duplex". The 12th floor plan carries the same legend and draws the upper level of those duplexes.
Imtiaz's brochure describes interiors in neutral colours with gold accents and large windows facing the water and the city. It shows the lobby and sitting area, a bedroom, dining area and kitchen, and a penthouse living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.
Penthouses
Imtiaz publishes a separate brochure for the penthouse collection, which it titles Beach Walk 3 Penthouses. It describes spacious interiors with high ceilings, double-height ceilings, generous balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The palette is warm and neutral, with curved wood and metal accents.
The brochure shows a private study, a bedroom in an azure and gold palette with a private balcony, and walk-in closets. The bathrooms are described with two separate showers, a freestanding bathtub, marble-fluted wall features, fluted marble tiles in earthy tones, gold sanitary fittings and accessories from European brands.
The penthouse amenity list replaces the family swimming pool with a private swimming pool. Its features page adds private elevators and smart glass privacy to the building's shared list.
