Bay Grove Residences is Nakheel's waterfront apartment community on Island B of Dubai Islands, in what the brochure calls the island's Marina district. Phase 1 is four buildings, numbered B1 to B4, from ground plus 7 to ground plus 20 floors, joined by a landscaped podium and an infinity pool, with 296 apartments in all and 500 metres of beach. Nakheel describes Dubai Islands as a group of five islands with more than 50 km of waterfront, 20 km of beaches and golf, linked to the historic centre of the city by the access bridge and the Infinity Bridge.
The homes. The buildings hold one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with four-bedroom duplexes and penthouses. Kitchens come with built-in fixtures, terraces face the beach and the podium garden, and the brochure describes a contemporary palette of soft tones, warm wood grain, engineered stone counters and lacquer cabinetry behind floor-to-ceiling glass.
Amenities. Nakheel lists adult and children's pools, a raised ocean pool on the beachfront, a beach boardwalk and snack bar, podium-level gardens, a fitness centre with cardio, strength and yoga space, a clubhouse and residents' lounge with a private theatre, and indoor and outdoor children's play areas.

Launch price. Nakheel's price and payment-plan sheet, a file dated September 2024, listed one-bedroom apartments from AED 1.85 million, two-bedroom from AED 2.64 million, three-bedroom from AED 4.35 million and four-bedroom from AED 7.60 million. The sheet prints no date of its own. Over the smallest one-bedroom's 870.59 sq ft, the one-bedroom price was about AED 2,200 per sq ft on total area, suite plus balcony.
