Villas and townhouses on Island B, Dubai Islands
Bay Villas is Nakheel's villa and townhouse community on Island B of Dubai Islands, in Dubai. Nakheel's brochures describe a low-density community with 1.3 km of beach and 1.3 km of rock-edged waterfront promenade, joined by green corridors to the Island B greenway and the beaches. They describe Dubai Islands as a group of five islands covering 18 sq km, with over 50 km of waterfront, 20 km of beaches and 2 km of landscaped parks.
The Dubai Land Department register records Bay Villas as under construction, with completion on 2 May 2027.
The homes
Nakheel's brochures sort Bay Villas into four collections. Waterfront villas are five-bedroom homes on a ground floor plus one or two upper floors, in five types. Garden villas are four-bedroom homes in five types, A to E, with a five-bedroom Type F. Semi-detached villas come as three and four-bedroom homes, and the townhouses as three-bedroom middle homes and four-bedroom end homes, grouped in clusters of four or six. Nakheel lists built-in kitchen appliances and a pet and utility room among the interior features.
Sizes
Every plan in Nakheel's floor-plan books prints a total built-up area, in square metres and square feet. The table shows the smallest and largest for each type.
