Bay Grove Residences Phase 2 is the second release of Nakheel's waterfront apartment community on Island B of Dubai Islands, in what the brochure calls the island's Marina district. Phase 2 is four buildings, numbered B8 to B11, joined by a landscaped podium and an infinity pool, with 360 apartments in all on the Dubai Land Department register. Nakheel describes Dubai Islands as a group of five islands with more than 50 km of waterfront, 20 km of beaches and golf, linked to the historic centre of the city by the access bridge and the Infinity Bridge.
The homes. The buildings hold one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplexes. Terraces overlook the podium garden, the pool and the sea. The brochure describes a contemporary palette of soft tones, warm wood grain, engineered stone counters and lacquer cabinetry behind floor-to-ceiling windows.
Amenities. Nakheel lists adult and children's pools with poolside deckchairs, a beach boardwalk with running paths, podium-level gardens, a fitness centre for multi-purpose training and yoga, a clubhouse with a private dining room, and indoor and outdoor children's play areas with a pantry and a baby-changing room.

Launch price. Nakheel's price and payment-plan sheet, a file dated December 2024, listed one-bedroom apartments from AED 1.90 million, two-bedroom from AED 2.72 million, three-bedroom from AED 4.41 million and four-bedroom from AED 8.22 million. The sheet prints no date of its own. Over the smallest one-bedroom's 865.85 sq ft, the one-bedroom price was about AED 2,200 per sq ft on total area, suite plus balcony.
