Apartments on Island B of Dubai Islands
Bay Grove Residences Phase 4 is the final release of Nakheel's Bay Grove Residences, an apartment community on Island B of Dubai Islands, in the area Nakheel's brochure calls the island's Marina District. The phase adds four buildings, B12 to B15, of different heights, joined by a shared podium and basement parking, with 257 residences in all. The brochure places the phase at the end of the bay, with direct access to the beach, the podium gardens and an infinity pool.
The Dubai Land Department register records the four buildings as one project, Bay Grove Residences D - Dubai Islands, under construction at 0.04% as at 24 July 2026, with a completion date of 15 September 2028.
The homes
The buildings hold 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments and one penthouse. Nakheel's 1-bedroom plans include a walk-in closet, a laundry and a powder room, and the 2-bedroom plans come either with two ensuite bedrooms or with a maid's room. The 3-bedroom homes have ensuite bathrooms and a maid's room.
Building 15 holds only the 4-bedroom residences and the penthouse, with its own lobby and drop-off. The penthouse is the only one across Bay Grove Residences, with double-height ceilings and a double-height dining area.

"Total Area NSA" as printed on Nakheel's floor plans: the suite area plus the balcony or terrace. The largest areas belong to homes with large terraces. Nakheel notes that measurements and plans are approximate.
Launch prices
Nakheel's price and payment-plan sheet listed starting prices of AED 2 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 3.11 million for a 2-bedroom, AED 3.92 million for a 2-bedroom with maid's room, AED 4.94 million for a 3-bedroom and AED 10.33 million for a 4-bedroom. The sheet prints no date; the file is dated June 2025.
At AED 2 million over the smallest 1-bedroom's 907.51 sq ft, the 1-bedroom starting price worked out at about AED 2,300 per sq ft on total area NSA (suite plus balcony).
