Units

Azizi's unit plans print three areas for every unit: the apartment area, the balcony area on its own line, and the total apartment area, which adds the two together. Each area is printed in square feet with the square metre figure beside it. The figures below use Azizi's terms. Azizi's plans carry a disclaimer that the coloured marketing floor plans are for illustrative purposes only and that actual dimensions, layout and finishes may vary.

Studios. The apartment area barely changes between studio layouts: it runs from 272.65 sq ft (25.33 sq m) to 279.76 sq ft (25.99 sq m). The difference between studios is almost all balcony. The smallest balcony on Azizi's studio plans is 47.25 sq ft (4.39 sq m), giving a total apartment area of 327.01 sq ft (30.38 sq m). The largest is 156.40 sq ft (14.53 sq m), on a first-floor studio with a total apartment area of 429.05 sq ft (39.86 sq m). The type 01A studio plan, for the second to seventh floors, shows a living space of 4.0 m by 3.19 m, a kitchen of 1.77 m by 2.82 m, a bathroom of 1.98 m by 2.20 m and a balcony of 3.30 m by 1.55 m, with an apartment area of 275.77 sq ft (25.62 sq m) and a total of 327.87 sq ft (30.46 sq m). The first-floor type 01B studio has a 4.10 m by 2.50 m balcony and a total apartment area of 388.58 sq ft (36.10 sq m).

One-bedroom apartments. Apartment areas run from 455.75 sq ft (42.34 sq m) to 566.62 sq ft (52.64 sq m). Most one-bedroom plans have a balcony between 72.98 sq ft (6.78 sq m) and 100.43 sq ft (9.33 sq m), so their total apartment areas sit between 528.73 sq ft (49.12 sq m) and 667.05 sq ft (61.97 sq m). Three first-floor one-bedroom plans carry a much larger balcony: 332.07 sq ft (30.85 sq m) on two of them, for totals of 873.18 sq ft (81.12 sq m) and 875.76 sq ft (81.36 sq m), and 303.11 sq ft (28.16 sq m) on the third, for a total of 809.02 sq ft (75.16 sq m). One of them shows a balcony of 8.60 m by 3.50 m beside a living space of 4.25 m by 3.20 m and a bedroom of 3.75 m by 3.20 m.

The first-floor type 01B one-bedroom plan shows a bedroom of 3.73 m by 3.20 m, a living space of 3.93 m by 3.32 m, a kitchen of 2.96 m by 2.27 m, a bathroom of 2.85 m by 1.63 m and two balconies of 2.95 m by 1.40 m, for an apartment area of 535.51 sq ft (49.75 sq m) and a total apartment area of 622.16 sq ft (57.80 sq m).

Two-bedroom apartments. Azizi's plans give three two-bedroom layouts, one for the first floor, one for the second to seventh floors and one for the podium levels. All three have an apartment area of 859.18 sq ft (79.82 sq m). The balcony makes the difference: 156.08 sq ft (14.5 sq m) on the second-to-seventh-floor plan, for a total of 1,015.26 sq ft (94.32 sq m); 188.91 sq ft (17.55 sq m) on the first floor, for 1,048.09 sq ft (97.37 sq m); and 225.83 sq ft (20.98 sq m) on podium levels 1, 2 and 3, for 1,085.01 sq ft (100.80 sq m). The second-to-seventh-floor plan shows a living space of 3.95 m by 3.19 m, a kitchen of 1.95 m by 2.82 m, two bathrooms of 2.03 m by 2.20 m and two balconies of 3.40 m by 1.45 m.
