Dubai Project Location Intelligence · Shortlist
Your Dubai location shortlist
Weighing up a location usually means returning to a few candidates. Save up to 10 pins or blocks from any module and they sit here together, with the same key figures for each, side by side.
- Save from the location card in any module: a pin, or a block from the site finder and the gap finder.
- Key figures for every saved location in one table, measured afresh each time you open the page.
- Reorder or remove locations, and email the whole shortlist to yourself.
The tool
Your Dubai location shortlist BETA
Your saved locations, in your order. Move them up or down, remove any you no longer need, or open one in the area dashboard for its full set of figures.

Your shortlist
Saved in this browser. Reorder or remove locations below; the figures sit side by side underneath.
Figures are measured afresh each time you open the shortlist, with the same figures the area dashboard shows: from the pin for a pin, from the centre of the 0.75 km² block for a block. Figures marked community-level are for the whole Dubai Municipality community. Units are from the Dubai Land Department project register, read 18 Oct 2026, rounded to two significant figures.

Guide
How the shortlist works
Save as you go
Every module’s location card carries “Save to shortlist”. Saving keeps the location, its name and the module it came from, in this browser.
Figures side by side
The table puts the same key figures for every saved location in one place: units due nearby, transport, schools, clinics, pharmacies, food and drink outlets, and the community’s residents. On a phone, scroll the table sideways.
Send it on
“Email my results” sends the whole shortlist, with every figure’s source and date, to your inbox.

Questions
Shortlist questions
How do I add a location to my shortlist?
Open any module, pick a location, and press "Save to shortlist" on the location card beside the map. Pins from the area dashboard, the developer pipeline, catchment and growth and the comparison, and blocks from the site finder and the gap finder, can all be saved. The shortlist holds up to 10.
Where is my shortlist kept?
In this browser only. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to email your results, and nothing is shared with anyone else. A shortlist saved on one device does not appear on another.
Are the figures fixed when I save a location?
No. The shortlist keeps the location and measures it afresh each time you open the page, with the same figures the area dashboard shows, so the shortlist and the dashboard always agree.
What is the difference between a pin and a block?
A pin is measured from the exact point you chose. A block saved from the site finder or the gap finder is measured from the centre of its 0.75 km² block, the way those modules compare blocks. Each saved location says which it is.
How do I send my shortlist to a colleague?
Use "Email my results" under the shortlist. It sends every saved location with its key figures, sources and dates to your inbox, ready to forward.
