Sunset Bay at Dubai Islands is a residential building by Imtiaz Developments. It holds 66 apartments: 32 one-bedroom homes of 950 to 1,270 sq ft, 32 two-bedroom homes of 1,350 to 2,690 sq ft and two three-bedroom duplexes of 2,090 to 2,370 sq ft. Imtiaz lists the homes as fully furnished, and the payment plan is 60/40. The Dubai Land Department register files the building as Sunset Bay One By Imtiaz, with a planned completion of 25 December 2026.
A compact building. Eight residential floors sit above a ground floor and two podium levels, with a rooftop pool deck. Imtiaz's floor plans draw eight apartments on each of the residential floors.
Furnished at handover. The brochure lists the apartments as fully furnished with custom furniture.
Under construction. The Dubai Land Department recorded the site at 78.04% on 4 August 2026, against a planned completion of 25 December 2026.

The floor plans draw the three-bedroom duplexes across the ground floor and the first podium level. The first floor carries eight one and two-bedroom apartments around a central lift lobby, and its plan labels a pool beside two of them. The even floors from the second share one plan and the odd floors from the third share another.
