Its project brief lists studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-bedroom-plus-study and three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom penthouses. Tower I has 22 residential floors and Tower II has 23.
Ellington gives an anticipated completion in the fourth quarter of 2029. Every home is freehold, and the payment plan asks 20% at booking, eight further instalments before completion, and 30% on completion.

Al Hamra Village is a coastal community in Ras Al Khaimah. Ellington's project brief describes it as spanning more than 77 million sq ft, with an 18-hole championship golf course at its centre, a lagoon that opens to the Arabian Gulf, and eight entry and exit gates. Ellington also refers to an upcoming bridge that it says will cut travel time to Wynn Resort.
