One, 1.5 and two-bedroom apartments around a resort-style pool in Motor City
Sobha Orbis is a residential community by Sobha in Motor City, Dubai. Sobha's brochure calls it "A World in Its Own" and describes towers arranged around a terraced podium that holds a resort-style pool, a clubhouse, sports courts, an F&B street and dedicated retail spaces, with the podium stepping down toward Al Qudra Road.
Sobha issues a separate unit-plan brochure for each tower. This page draws on the brochures for Tower B and Tower E, and on Sobha's factbook for the community.
The DLD project register, as at 4 October 2026, lists Sobha Orbis as under construction, with completion recorded on 31 December 2028.

Homes
One-bedroom apartments. Sobha's plans show one-bedroom types with a balcony, and further types with a store room, a private yard or a larger balcony.
1.5-bedroom apartments. The 1.5-bedroom plans add a study room or a store room, and several add a powder room. Tower E includes the largest of these, at over 920 sq ft of Total Saleable Area.
Two-bedroom apartments. Sobha's plans show two-bedroom homes with a shared powder room and a balcony, and in Tower E a version with a yard.
Sobha's factbook lists fully fitted kitchens with oven, gas hob, hood and refrigerator from Bosch or an equivalent brand, a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and built-in wardrobe, sanitary ware from Duravit or equivalent, a double-glazed floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall, district cooling and provision for home automation. It also lists EV charging stations and an energy-efficient HVAC system.
Amenities
Sobha's brochure and factbook list these amenities:
- Pools and water: resort-style pool, lazy river, beach edge, jacuzzi, pool deck with day beds, aquatic aerobics, water polo, kids' pool, toddler splash pad and water features
- Racquet club and courts: squash, badminton, padel tennis, volleyball and basketball courts and pétanque fields
- Wellness and play: yoga zone, meditation zone, outdoor jungle gym, beach volleyball, ping-pong tables and giant chess
- Gardens: landscaped garden, open lawn, hammock garden, barbecue area and walking paths
- Clubhouse and community: clubhouse, community gym, library, business centre, an F&B street with restaurants, retail stores and an open plaza
