One to three-bedroom apartments in Towers A to D in Sobha Hartland
The Crest is a residential project by Sobha in Sobha Hartland, Dubai. Sobha issued a separate document for each of Tower A, Tower B, Tower C and Tower D, and an updated set of plans for levels 1 to 6. Its documents describe homes facing the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and a crystal lagoon.

The DLD project register, as at 4 October 2026, lists The Crest as completed, with completion recorded as 31 December 2025.

Tower A's document prints no date, and its file is dated January 2022. Tower D's document carried no price. These were Sobha's prices at launch.
Homes
Sobha's Tower A document lists views, covered car parking, fully fitted kitchens and a wardrobe in every bedroom among the apartment features. The plans show powder rooms, study rooms, maid's rooms and balconies in different types, and yards on levels 1 to 6.
Amenities
Sobha's brochures list indoor and outdoor amenities, with inter-linked sky gardens and landscaped terraces at different levels:
- Indoor: a health club with changing rooms, a multipurpose hall, and spin class, Pilates and yoga studios
- Outdoor: a swimming pool, a kids' play area, a pétanque and boules lawn, a barbecue area, an outdoor gym, a terrace and a tai chi terrace
