One to four-bedroom waterfront apartments on three amenity decks in Sobha Hartland
Waves Grande is a residential tower by Sobha in the waterfront district of Sobha Hartland, Dubai. Sobha's brochure presents it as part of its Waterfront Residences and as the second Waves tower, continuing the design principles of the first. Apartments face Downtown Dubai to the northwest and take a diagonal waterfront view to the south-east.

The DLD project register, as at 4 October 2026, lists Waves Grande as completed, with completion recorded on 31 October 2023.
Prices
At launch, Sobha's floor and unit plan document, dated from its file as December 2021, listed one to four-bedroom apartments starting from AED 1.98 million. The date is taken from the file, not printed on it.
Homes
Sobha's brochure describes apartments with views of the Waterfront, the park, Downtown or the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Stepped, cascading terraces create podium-level homes with large outdoor areas, and a double-height lobby marks the entrance.
Two-bedroom apartments. Six limited-edition two-bedroom apartments on the first and second floors look over the park.
Four-bedroom duplexes. The duplexes are stacked with double-height living areas and balconies, and Sobha describes panoramic views of Downtown and the waterfront from the south-west end of the tower.
Sobha's apartment features list views from every home, covered car parking, fully fitted kitchens and a wardrobe in every bedroom.
Amenities
Sobha's brochure spreads the amenities over three cascading decks, each with a view of the park and the upper deck also looking to the waterfront:
- Upper deck: pool, cabanas and a barbecue area
- Middle deck: kids' play area and outdoor cinema
- Lower deck: zen garden, outdoor gym and yoga zone
