The brief
Crest Grande is a residential project by Sobha in the waterfront district of Sobha Hartland, Dubai. Sobha's brochure sets out three towers, Tower A, Tower B and Tower C, with floor plans and unit plans for each.

One and 1.5-bedroom apartments. Sobha's plans show one-bedroom apartments with a balcony or a yard, in several variants. The 1.5-bedroom plans are also drawn with a balcony or a yard.
Two-bedroom apartments. The two-bedroom plans are the largest group in the brochure. Sobha's plans include versions with a maid's room, with two balconies, or with a yard.
Three and four-bedroom apartments. The three-bedroom plans include a maid's room with a balcony or a yard. The four-bedroom plans include a maid's room with a balcony or a yard, and are the largest homes in the brochure.

Crest Grande at Sobha Hartland — Dubai
A Dubai developer of master-planned communities, with homes also in Umm Al Quwain and Abu Dhabi.
Sobha Realty is a Dubai developer whose communities include Sobha Hartland, Sobha Central and Sobha Sanctuary. It builds apartments, villas, villaments and penthouses. Beyond Dubai it has developments in Umm Al Quwain, and in April 2026 it announced its entry into Abu Dhabi.
In a release of 22 January 2026, Sobha Realty said its UAE portfolio stood at 14 developments, 12 in Dubai and 2 in Umm Al Quwain. In a release of 22 July 2026 it announced 6,819 units set for handover in 2026, which it described as an all-time delivery record.

Sobha's plans for Towers A, B and C show one, 1.5, two, three and four-bedroom apartments. Total Saleable Area runs from 726.67 to 1,397.91 sq ft for one-bedroom, 890.61 to 1,556.57 sq ft for 1.5-bedroom, 1,254.10 to 2,277 sq ft for two-bedroom, 1,616.52 to 2,051.82 sq ft for three-bedroom and 2,141.81 to 3,609.03 sq ft for four-bedroom homes. Homes with a yard count the yard in the total.
Sobha's brochure lists an indoor and outdoor gymnasium, a swimming pool for adults and kids, a sauna room, a dedicated play area for kids, retail and restaurants and a dedicated barbecue zone.
