Creek Vistas Heights is a pair of residential towers by Sobha in Sobha Hartland, Dubai. Sobha's brochure places them close to Downtown Dubai, with full-height windows to take in the views.

Sobha's brochure, dated from its file as July 2023, listed apartments of one to 3.5 bedrooms starting from AED 1.22 million. The date is taken from the file, not printed on it.
Sobha's brochure presents the homes as bespoke apartments with full-height windows. Its unit plans for Tower A and Tower B include one-bedroom apartments with a balcony or a yard, 1.5 and 2.5-bedroom apartments with a study and a powder room, and three-bedroom apartments with a maid's room. The largest plan is a 3.5-bedroom apartment with a study and maid's room.
Sobha's plans name Burj Khalifa, Downtown, the Dubai Water Canal, the Ras Al Khor Sanctuary and Hartland among the views, depending on the unit.
Sobha lists these apartment features: landmark views, covered car parking, fully fitted kitchens and a bedroom wardrobe in all units.

Creek Vistas Heights at Sobha Hartland — Dubai
A Dubai developer of master-planned communities, with homes also in Umm Al Quwain and Abu Dhabi.
Sobha Realty is a Dubai developer whose communities include Sobha Hartland, Sobha Central and Sobha Sanctuary. It builds apartments, villas, villaments and penthouses. Beyond Dubai it has developments in Umm Al Quwain, and in April 2026 it announced its entry into Abu Dhabi.
In a release of 22 January 2026, Sobha Realty said its UAE portfolio stood at 14 developments, 12 in Dubai and 2 in Umm Al Quwain. In a release of 22 July 2026 it announced 6,819 units set for handover in 2026, which it described as an all-time delivery record.
Sobha's brochure places the two towers of Creek Vistas Heights in Sobha Hartland, Dubai, close to Downtown Dubai. Its location plan shows Dubai Creek, the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Meydan One Mall and Meydan Racecourse around the site. The DLD project register lists it in Al Merkadh.
Sobha's brochure shows one, 1.5, two, 2.5, three and 3.5-bedroom apartments across Tower A and Tower B. Total Saleable Area runs from 529.26 sq ft for the smallest one-bedroom to 1,887.89 sq ft for the largest 3.5-bedroom. Some homes carry a private yard, which Sobha counts in the total.
