Sobha's documents describe fully glazed living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, views of the Dubai skyline, the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Meydan Racecourse, Meydan One Mall and Dubai Creek, and covered car parking for every apartment. Sobha's apartment features also list fully fitted kitchens and a wardrobe in every bedroom.

A Dubai developer of master-planned communities, with homes also in Umm Al Quwain and Abu Dhabi.

Sobha Realty is a Dubai developer whose communities include Sobha Hartland, Sobha Central and Sobha Sanctuary. It builds apartments, villas, villaments and penthouses. Beyond Dubai it has developments in Umm Al Quwain, and in April 2026 it announced its entry into Abu Dhabi.

In a release of 22 January 2026, Sobha Realty said its UAE portfolio stood at 14 developments, 12 in Dubai and 2 in Umm Al Quwain. In a release of 22 July 2026 it announced 6,819 units set for handover in 2026, which it described as an all-time delivery record.
