One and two-bedroom apartments in Al Jaddaf, Dubai
Ramada Residences by Wyndham is a residential building by BNW in Al Jaddaf, Dubai. BNW's factsheet lists 108 units: 66 one-bedroom apartments, 42 two-bedroom apartments and two retail units. BNW's trifold describes the structure as basement, ground, podium, eleven floors and a roof. BNW's factsheet, file dated May 2026, gave handover as Q3 2026.
BNW's documents state that Wyndham licenses the "Ramada Residences by Wyndham" name to the seller for marketing and operating the residences, and that Wyndham is not involved in their sale, development or promotion.
Prices
BNW's factsheet and trifold listed starting prices of AED 1.85 million for a one-bedroom and AED 3.13 million for a two-bedroom. Neither prints a date; the files were created on 20 May 2026, which is the date used here.
On the starting price for a one-bedroom, that is about AED 2,500 per sq ft on BUA (smallest one-bedroom, 765.1 sq ft).
Homes
BNW's unit plans show every layout with a kitchen, a living area, a PWD room and one balcony or two, with room sizes in metres. The six one-bedroom types have suites of 694.49 to 738.94 sq ft. Type 6 has a 694.49 sq ft suite and the smallest total of 765.10 sq ft. Type 1, with a 713.11 sq ft suite, has the largest total, 1,692.52 sq ft, because its balcony runs up to 979.52 sq ft.
The two two-bedroom types have suites of 1,146.36 sq ft (Type 1) and about 1,160 sq ft (Type 2). Type 2's balcony reaches 2,638.23 sq ft, which takes its largest total to 3,796.86 sq ft.
BNW's floor plans place one and two-bedroom homes on the first floor, with a lounge and a gym beside them, and repeat ten homes on each typical floor from the second to the eleventh. The ground floor holds the two retail units.
Amenities
BNW's factsheet lists eight amenities: a zen garden, a swimming pool, a kids' play area, electric car charging, a residents' lounge, a unisex gymnasium, cabanas and an open-air theatre.
