Park Gate is a villa community by Emaar at Dubai Hills Estate. Emaar's fact sheet places it at the entrance of the community, with direct access to Al Khail Road, and its brochure describes Park Gate as Dubai Hills Estate's final villa community, set around its own sikkas and pocket parks.

Emaar's fact sheet lists 65 four-bedroom and 22 five-bedroom villas. The villas have expansive balconies and rooftop garden terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows and a contemporary design with clean lines. On Emaar's floor plans each villa sits over three floors, ground, first and second, with a carport, a maid's room and a roof terrace. The four-bedroom villa has a suite area of 3,524.64 sq ft and the five-bedroom villa 4,073.92 sq ft.

The same fact sheet, in a file dated November 2023, gives a starting price of AED 10.4 million for a four-bedroom villa and AED 12.7 million for a five-bedroom villa.

The payment plan is 90/10: 90% during construction and 10% on 100% construction completion, which Emaar's payment plan estimates for December 2027.
