Creek Views III is a residential building by Azizi Developments in Dubai Healthcare City, on Al Khail Road across from Dubai Creek. Azizi describes it as the third addition to its Creek Views development, which comprises Creek Views I, II and III. The factsheet gives 290 units, covering studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and lists an integrated home automation system among the key features. The plans run from the 1st to the 19th floor.

Azizi's plans give four studio types, four one-bedroom types, three two-bedroom types and three three-bedroom types, each with its floor range.
Studios. Studio Type 1 runs from the 2nd to the 19th floor and has a total area of 366.30 sq ft. Studio Type 1C, on the 1st floor, has a total area of 476.52 sq ft and a 4.35 by 3.10 metre terrace.
One-bedroom apartments. Type 1 runs from the 2nd to the 19th floor, with a total area of 732.70 sq ft. Type 1B, on the 2nd floor, has a total area of 899.44 sq ft and an 8.65 by 2.80 metre balcony.
Two-bedroom apartments. Type 1 runs from the 2nd to the 19th floor and has a total area of 1,068.97 sq ft. Type 1B, on the 1st floor, has a total area of 1,452.06 sq ft.
Three-bedroom apartments. Type 1 and Type 2 are on the 17th to 19th floors, with total areas of 2,063.67 and 1,838.92 sq ft. Type 1A, on the 1st floor, has a total area of 2,267.65 sq ft. Azizi's three-bedroom plans include a maid's room and a laundry.
