The brief
Creek Views is a residential development by Azizi Developments on Dubai Creek. Azizi places it in Dubai Healthcare City, on Al Khail Road, and describes it as two buildings, Creek Views I and Creek Views II. Its brochure of November 2021 offers studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with plans running up to the 18th floor.

Azizi's November 2021 brochure gives three studio types, six one-bedroom types and four two-bedroom types.
Studios. Studio Type 1 has a suit area of 291.17 sq ft and a total area of 357.36 sq ft, for the 1st to 18th floors. Studio Type 3, on the 14th and the 16th to 18th floors, has a suit area of 347.57 sq ft and a total area of 665.00 sq ft.
One-bedroom apartments. Type 3 has a total area of 572.64 sq ft. Type 6, on the 15th floor, has a suit area of 694.60 sq ft and a total area of 1,350.13 sq ft.
Two-bedroom apartments. Type 1 has a total area of 740.56 sq ft. Type 4, on the 13th floor, has a suit area of 929.36 sq ft and a total area of 1,614.60 sq ft.
Azizi's brochure and factsheet place Creek Views five minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road. Both name Dubai Creek, the Al Jaddaf waterfront, Dubai Healthcare City metro station, Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport and the Palazzo Versace hotel as nearby.

Creek Views — Al Jaddaf
A privately held Dubai developer, building at volume across the city and now beyond it.
Azizi Developments is a Dubai-based private developer, which describes itself as construction-driven and vertically integrated across design, procurement, construction management and project delivery. On its own account Azizi has delivered more than 45,000 homes to residents and investors of over 100 nationalities, and has approximately 150,000 units under construction.
In September 2026 Azizi announced its first development outside Dubai, in Sharjah, which it describes as its largest master community to date.
Both figures come from Azizi Developments’ own public announcements about its business. They are carried here as the developer reports them — not an independent measurement, an audit, or a forecast — and they describe Azizi as a whole rather than this or any other individual project.
Azizi places Creek Views in Dubai Healthcare City, on Al Khail Road beside Dubai Creek. The site is in Al Jaddaf. Azizi's brochure and factsheet give a five-minute drive to Sheikh Zayed Road.

Azizi's factsheet lists swimming pools, yoga and zen gardens, sauna and steam rooms, a fully equipped gym, entertainment facilities, recreational areas, open spaces and kids' play areas.
