Three- and four-bedroom Emaar townhouses in Arabian Ranches 3
Bliss is a townhouse cluster by Emaar in Arabian Ranches 3, Dubai. Emaar's brochure describes a walkable neighbourhood of whitewashed houses, paved streets and winding paths, with a wadi river running through it, and a design inspired by close-knit organic neighbourhoods. The homes are three- and four-bedroom townhouses in two collections, Amber and Ivory.
The Dubai Land Department's project register, as at 4 October 2026, records Bliss as completed, with 333 units. It recorded 100% construction at its inspection of 11 December 2024.
Collections
The Amber collection, in Emaar's words, is a palette of warm hues, with garden views, garage doors, large windows and terraces, and a position close to a swimming pool. The Ivory collection is described as minimalist and refined, with facades dominated by large windows, and carries the same list of features. Both collections include three- and four-bedroom townhouses. Emaar's brochure says the homes come with a large courtyard for barbecues, entertaining and play.
