Modon's floor plans show each type on two floors with the room dimensions. The Select has a guest bedroom, staff bedroom and bathroom, laundry, show and service kitchens, a family dining room and a family living room on the ground floor, with a feature staircase, and a master bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom, two further bedrooms with bathrooms and a family living area on the first floor. The Shore adds a driver's room, a pantry, a formal living room and an outdoor grill on the ground floor, and a master bedroom with three further bedrooms, each with a bathroom and wardrobe, on the first floor. Both types list outdoor living and parking.
Modon states that its floor plans are for illustration only and based on preliminary development plans.
Modon's factsheet lists a waterfront location, a gated community, a children's play area, a community centre, a gym, a swimming pool, cycling and jogging trails, park and green spaces, a multi-sports court and padel courts.
