Bashayer Residences is a Modon development on Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi. Modon's factsheet calls it the final chapter of the residences at Bashayer: a collection of waterfront apartments and townhomes with shared amenities. The brochure places the residences above a waterfront promenade, with a clubhouse and a rooftop infinity pool set in parkland.

Modon's floor plans show each apartment type with its internal area, balcony and total gross saleable area, the room dimensions and a key plan marking the levels where the type sits and whether it faces the water or the community. Modon states that the plans are for illustration only and based on preliminary development plans, so variations may occur. The brochure adds typical layouts for the one, two and three-bedroom apartments, the two and four-bedroom townhomes with their gardens, and the penthouse.
Modon's factsheet lists a waterfront promenade, a gym, a multi-sports court, a children's play area, a swimming pool, park and green spaces, a hydrotherapy and salt room, a digital library and podcast room, an indoor kids club and a high-tech gaming room. The brochure adds a gated community, padel courts, a cycling and jogging trail, a community centre, dining and retail, and a spa.

Modon's brochure sets Bashayer on Hudayriyat Island with a masterplan that marks Bashayer Residences and Bashayer Villas alongside Bashayer Marina, a retail avenue, a beach club, a five-star hotel and the Nawayef neighbourhoods. The brochure describes the community as inspired by Europe's coastal villages, facing the Abu Dhabi skyline.
