A Vida-branded serviced-apartment tower on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard
Vida Residence Downtown is a serviced-apartment tower by Emaar in Downtown Dubai. Emaar's brochure places it on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, directly linked to the Vida Downtown Dubai hotel. Vida Hotels and Resorts is Emaar Hospitality Group's hotel brand.
Emaar's brochure describes a 57-storey serviced-apartment tower sitting on a three-level podium, with 320 serviced one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments. The residences connect to the hotel by an air-conditioned glass bridge from the podium levels. The podium holds a swimming pool, a gym, a kids' area and shops, with cafés and restaurants nearby facing the boulevard.
The brochure gives the tower a wedged floor plate that opens the apartments to views of the boulevard, Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. It describes the façade as a vertical combination of stone and glass inspired by the New York art deco architecture of the 1920s. It places the Vida Downtown Dubai hotel at the heart of the Old Town precinct, physically linked to the traditional souk, Dukkan Al Manzil, and facing Burj Khalifa.
