The Residences at Burj Khalifa, which Emaar markets as The Residence, Burj Khalifa, is a small residential tower in Downtown Dubai. Emaar's brochure places it right next to Burj Khalifa, with direct access to Fashion Avenue and The Dubai Mall. The same brochure describes its setting as the middle of three landmarks: Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall and The Dubai Fountain.
Emaar's fact sheet lists 35 apartments with three, four, five and seven bedrooms. The fact sheet gives one area for each type: 5,735 sq ft for the three-bedroom, 8,189 sq ft for the four-bedroom, 8,825 sq ft for the five-bedroom and 15,908 sq ft for the seven-bedroom. Emaar's fact sheet, in a file dated November 2022, gave average launch prices of AED 15 million, AED 28 million, AED 33 million and AED 56 million for the four types.
The DLD project register records the building as completed on 31 December 2024, the month Emaar had estimated for construction completion.
