Verde by Sobha is a residential tower in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. Sobha's brochure places it among crafted lakes, residential complexes and high streets, and its fact book gives a height of about 246 m and a land area of 56,593 sq ft. Sobha describes uninterrupted 180-degree views of green meadows, a golf course and the sky, and a zig-zag facade built to open up panoramic views.
The fact book lists two amenity floors, a family level with pools and play areas, and an exclusive top level with an infinity-edge pool and a lounge.
Apartment sizes
Sobha prints total saleable area, which is the suite plus the balcony, in square feet. Some layouts add an external store of 49.73 to 134.55 sq ft, which Sobha prints separately.

The smallest home is the Type B one-bedroom, with a suite of 658.64 sq ft and a balcony of 112.48 sq ft. The largest is the Type B three-bedroom, with a suite of 1,844.72 to 1,847.41 sq ft and a balcony of 152.31 sq ft, with a maid's room and a powder room.

Specification
Sobha's fact book lists a fully fitted kitchen with oven, gas hob, hood and washer-dryer from Bosch or equivalent brands, a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobe, porcelain tiles in the living spaces, a double-glazed facade, provisions for home automation and a balcony as standard in every home. Low-rise and high-rise apartments have separate lift banks.
