The Quayside is a residential building by Ellington Properties in Business Bay, Dubai, beside the Dubai Water Canal. Ellington's documents describe a hotel-style lobby, a podium of pool and wellness amenities, and apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the canal and the downtown skyline. The building has a ground floor, three podium levels and 16 residential floors, served by three passenger lifts and one service lift. The Dubai Land Department registers it as project 2815 and records it as under construction.

Five layouts drawn. Ellington's floor plans cover a studio, two one-bedroom types, two two-bedroom types with a maid's room, and a three-bedroom. Each plan states an internal living area, an outdoor living area and a total living area. The total runs from 542.07 sq ft for the studio to 1,739.23 sq ft for the three-bedroom.

A pool deck above the canal. The first-floor podium holds a leisure and lounge pool facing the Dubai Water Canal, with a cascading waterfall, net seating by the water, pool sun loungers, a baja shelf and cabanas.

Five minutes to the metro. Ellington gives the drive to Business Bay Metro Station as 5 minutes and to The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa as 11.

Launch price. Ellington's project brief, a file dated April 2023, listed studios from AED 1,315,828. Over the studio's 542.07 sq ft that was about AED 2,500 per sq ft on Ellington's total living area (studio). The brief prints no date of its own.

Ellington Properties' amenities plans set out the shared facilities on two levels.

The ground floor holds the main and lobby entrances, a lobby reception and lounge, a library wall, a communal table, a move-in truck zone and outdoor seating areas. The hotel-style lobby is described with floor-to-ceiling windows and plants throughout.

The first floor holds a leisure and lounge pool, a cascading waterfall, net seating by the pool, pool sun loungers, a baja shelf and cabanas, a kids pool, outdoor and indoor kids play areas and a kids bathroom, male and female spa rooms, a zen room, a fitness studio, a clubhouse with a kitchenette, an outdoor lounge terrace, an outdoor dining area, and a pizza oven and barbecue area.
