THE F1FTH Tower is Object One's residential tower in District 16 of Jumeirah Village Circle. Object One's brochure gives it 36 floors, built as ground floor, five podium levels, thirty floors above and a roof, and organises its amenities around four elements: water, earth, fire and air. Five retail units sit at ground level beside the main lobby.

The DLD project register lists the building as The Fifth Tower, project #3048, under construction, with a start date of 20 March 2024. The inspection of 4 August 2026 recorded 50.29% complete.

Most one-bedrooms have suites of 509 to 610 sq ft and balconies of about 60 to 145 sq ft. The largest one-bedroom plan, on the first floor, adds a terrace of 791.58 sq ft to its 583.83 sq ft suite. Every two-bedroom plan has a suite of 911.38 sq ft.
