Wood textures and accents run through the exterior and interior design, and the brochure adds full-grown trees to the landscaping.

The DLD project register records 1WOOD Residence under project number 2907. Construction started on 19 December 2023 and the project was registered on 2 February 2024. At the register's inspection of 8 July 2026, construction stood at 93.67%. Object One's brochure, a file dated February 2024, gave the handover as Q3 2025.
