The Acres is a villa community by Meraas in Wadi Al Safa 7, in the Dubailand corridor of Dubai. Meraas's Project Briefing sets the wider masterplan at 1,849,720 sqm (19,910,194 sq ft) of land, with direct road access to Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and Emirates Road. The Dubai Land Department's project register describes project #3019 as phase 1 of the community: 642 villas in total, 233 built to ground plus one floor and 409 to ground plus two floors, across 3, 4 and 5-bedroom types.
Meraas's price sheet, in a file dated February 2025, prices a 3-bedroom villa from AED 6.5 million, a 4-bedroom villa from AED 7.8 million and a 5-bedroom villa from AED 9.5 million. The payment schedule asks 10% on booking, a further 55% across nine instalments during construction, and 35% on handover. Meraas's own estimate for construction completion is August 2028.
The Dubai Land Department's project register records a registration date of 2 April 2024 and a start date of 10 September 2024 for project #3019. It lists the project as active, with construction recorded at 25.15% as at 20 August 2026, rising from 14.75% in May 2026 and 9.07% in February 2026, from 1.65% in November 2025 and 0.34% in October 2025. The register names Dubai Islamic Bank as escrow agent.
