One, two and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes on a salt-water beach
Coraline Beach Residences is a Sobha apartment development on Sobha Siniya Island, in Umm Al Quwain. Sobha's brochure says the name is inspired by corals and describes residences along an expansive salt-water beach, with sea views and towers that connect residents to the waterscape. Its site plan draws four towers, A to D.
The island is connected to the mainland by a 1.7 km bridge. Sobha's brochure gives Marjan Island in 10 minutes, Sharjah in 30 minutes and Dubai in 50 minutes.

Homes
One-bedroom apartments. Sobha draws Types A to C, each with a variant. Type A has the smallest total, 512.04 to 516.99 sq ft across the type and its variant. Type C is the largest, with a total of 654.88 to 666.82 sq ft.
Two-bedroom apartments. Types A to H. Type A is the smallest, from 652.62 sq ft in total. Type G is 970.47 sq ft in total.
Two-bedroom Grande. Types I to K. Type K is the largest, with a suite of 934.09 to 957.13 sq ft and a terrace of 413.01 to 413.87 sq ft in its variant 1 plan, 1,347.10 to 1,370.89 sq ft in total.
Three-bedroom homes. Duplex Types A and B and apartment Type C. Duplex Type A has a total of 1,777.34 to 1,780.89 sq ft, with a store room, yard and balcony. Type C is the largest, with a total of 2,153.86 to 2,156.55 sq ft.
Sobha's plans name the views for each unit, among them park, sea, sea-water lagoon, canal, golf course, amenity and pool.

Sobha's brochure presents post-handover property management for Beach Residences. The services listed for owners are an owner dashboard and app, professional photography, payment of tourism tax, monthly reports, daily pricing, applicable authority registration, housekeeping and upkeep, organising maintenance, a client relationship manager and guest vetting.
