Marina Residences is a cluster of four residential towers by Sobha on Sobha Siniya Island, in Umm Al Quwain. Sobha's fact book describes a community where marina living merges with the natural island, with a lively waterfront promenade, a natural seawater marina and panoramic sea views.
The cluster has residential apartments, duplexes and retail. Sobha gives its anticipated completion date as March 2029.

One-bedroom apartments. Sobha draws Types A to F, each with a variant. Type A has the smallest total, 513.22 to 514.41 sq ft, with a suite of 465.11 to 466.29 sq ft and a balcony of 48.11 sq ft. Type E is the largest, with a suite of 510.64 to 513.87 sq ft and a total of 625.71 to 628.72 sq ft. Views named on the plans include park, sea, green, amenity, pool and marina.
Two-bedroom apartments. Types A to N. Type N has a suite of 727.64 sq ft and a balcony of 82.56 sq ft, 810.20 sq ft in total. Type L, with a terrace of 269.74 sq ft, is the largest at 1,115.14 sq ft in total.
Three-bedroom apartments. Types A to D. Type D is the smallest at 1,291.67 to 1,298.13 sq ft in total. Type C is the largest, with a suite of 1,843.00 to 1,847.19 sq ft and a total of 2,154.18 to 2,158.38 sq ft.
Sobha's fact book lists fully fitted kitchens with an oven, gas hob and hood, refrigerator and washing machine from premium brands, ensuite bathrooms in the master bedroom, porcelain tiles in living areas and bedrooms, a double-glazed facade, district cooling and home automation provisions for lighting and temperature control. Each tower has its own lobby with multiple lifts.
